許多非營利事業組織面臨經費拮据,人力資源需求短缺的狀況,因此本研究主要目的是要針對非營利性事業組織暑期夏令營學生志工的參與動機及工作滿意度在不同性別、年齡層、教育程度和居住區域上是否會有顯著的差異做研究,研究結果將可提供非營利性事業組織作為服務志工招募時之參考依據。本研究以參與花蓮家扶中心、宜蘭家扶中心以及基督教女青年會暑期運動夏令營服務志工為研究對象,並採用隨機密閉抽樣方式進行研究取樣,研究結果發現如下: 一、女性學生志工在參與動機中的社會成就及自我/人際關係發展的得分較男性學生志工高,並且有顯著差異。 二、不同年齡層志工在社會成就和社會服務兩個構面上有顯著差異。 三、不同教育程度志工在社會成就和社會服務上有顯著差異。 四、不同居住區域志工在社會成就、社會服務和自我/人際關係發展上皆有顯著差異。 五、男女學生志工在工作滿意度各構面上皆無顯著之差異。 六、不同年齡層志工的工作滿意度在組織利益和工作認同上有顯著差異。 七、不同教育程度服務志工的工作滿意度在組織利益、自我認同和工作認同上有顯著差異。 八、不同居住區域服務志工的工作滿意度在組織利益和工作認同上有顯著之差異。 |
英文摘要 |
Many non-profit organizations are facing financial difficulties and will result in shortage of human resources. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to investigate the differences on participating motivation and job satisfaction for student-volunteers based on their personal variables (genders, age groups, educational levels, and living areas). The findings of this study will provide useful information for non-profit organizations to recruiting volunteers. The findings were: 1. There were significant differences found on social achievement and relationship development between genders. 2. There were significant differences found on social achievement and social service among different age groups. 3. There were significant differences found on social achievement and social service between educational levels. 4. There were significant differences found on social achievement, social service, and relationship development among different living areas. 5. There was no significant difference found on job satisfaction between genders. 6. There were significant differences found on organizational benefits and job-recognition among different age groups. 7. There were significant differences found on organizational benefits, self-recognition, job-recognition between educational levels. 8. There were significant differences found on organizational benefits and job-recognition among different living areas. |
