目的:本研究旨在透過一系列嚴謹的分析程序,建構適用於大學生對休閒運動阻礙之衡量工具。方法:研究樣本包含臺灣地區北、中、南、東之大學生,採叢集抽樣共收集有效問卷1515份,本研究以休閒運動阻礙量表作為研究的工具,利用SPSS統計軟體將其隨機分成三組樣本,每組各505名樣本,進行各項分析。第一組樣本經探索性因素分析後共獲得四個因素,分別命名為「個體阻礙」、「經驗阻礙」、「社會阻礙」、「機會阻礙」。此外,將所得因素成份透過第二組樣本進行驗證性因素分析,進行各種競爭模式的考驗。結果:二階單一因素模式為休閒運動阻礙量表的最佳模式,且觀察變項及潛在變項皆具有良好的信度與效度。結論:經第三組樣本複核效化評鑑後發現,休閒運動阻礙量表二階單一因素模式具有穩定性及預測力,後續研究者可參酌本量表進行相關實證研究。 |
英文摘要 |
Purpose: This research was to construct a scale as a measurement of recreational sport constraint for college students. Methods: Cluster sampling was used to collect the research samples of college students from northern, central, southern and eastern Taiwan with 1515 valid questionnaires received in total. Data were randomly divided using SPSS into three groups with 505 samples each for further analysis. Four factors named “individual constraint”, “experiential constraint”, “social constraint”, and “opportunity constraint” were extracted through EFA with the first sample group. Furthermore, CFA was used to examine the various competing models with the second sample group. Results: The results showed that second order model was the optimal model for the recreational sport constraint scale with good reliability, convergent validity and discriminate validity in both observed and latent variables. Conclusions: The cross-validation with the third sample group revealed that the second order model of recreational sport constraint scale was constant and predictable. The scale could be used for relative empirical studies for future researchers. |
