本研究之目的在於探討ING台北國際馬拉松比賽志工服務相關資訊以及人口統計變項在運動志工服務意願之差異,因素分析、獨立樣本t檢定、二因子多變量變異數分析運用在資料之統計,結果顯示男性在福利獎勵顯著優於女性,已婚在福利獎勵顯著優於未婚之民眾。一般族群在福利獎勵顯著優於銀髮族群,大專院校與碩士以上在福利獎勵顯著優於高中職以下教育程度之民眾,大專院校在社會服務顯著優於碩士以上教育程度之民眾。服務業一般族群在福利獎勵顯著優於銀髮族群,銀髮族群公教職業在福利獎勵顯著優於製造業與服務業,一般族群公教在福利獎勵顯著優於製造業、服務業、自由業與學生,一般族群公教職業在社會服務顯著優於學生。顯示福利獎勵對於許多民眾均具有相當大的吸引力。建議在電子媒體及平面媒體也傳播志工服務的相關資訊,讓無法參加馬拉松比賽的民眾可以參加志工服務的行列,也建議相關單位每年更換不同的設計造型以及贈送不同的紀念品,尋求更多樣化的紀念品,以吸引更多的民眾投入運動志工服務。 |
英文摘要 |
The purpose of this study was to discuss related information of volunteer service of ING Taipei International Marathon and the differences of willingness of volunteer service according to the demographics. Factor analysis, t-test and Two-way MANOVA were exercised in data analysis. In respect of welfare rewards, male participants were significantly superior to the female; married participants were significantly superior to singles; other groups were significantly superior to the senior groups; participants with college degree were significantly superior to participants with high school or below degree; participants working in service industry among other groups were significantly superior to those among the senior groups; among the senior groups, participants working in public and educational organizations were significantly superior to those working in manufacturing and service industry; among other groups, participants working in public and educational organizations were significantly superior to those working in manufacturing, service industry, the free lanced and students. In respect of social service, participants with college degree were significantly superior to those with graduate school degree; among other groups, participants working in public and educational organizations were significantly superior to students. The results showed that many people were extremely attracted to welfare rewards. It is suggested that volunteer information be spread via every form of media to let more people who can not enroll marathon race join volunteer service. In addition, related authorities can make different design each year and search more alternatives for souvenirs in order to attract more people for volunteer service in a sport event. |
