本研究主要目的在於了解雲嘉地區高中職體育班學生的就讀動機、學習滿意度對升學意向與職涯規劃的影響。以嘉義高工、民雄農工、永慶高中、麥寮高中、斗六高中、斗南高中、虎尾高中等七所高中職之體育班學生為研究對象,並以「高中職體育班就讀動機、學習滿意度對升學意向及職涯規劃影響量表」,採普查方式進行問卷調查,共發放問卷380份,回收有效問卷363份,有效問卷回收率為96%。所得資料以線性結構方程模式(LISREL)進行分析,模式之配適指標為χ^2_(29)=103.15,p < .05,χ^2/df=3.56,GFI=0.95,AGFI=0.90,CFI=0.95,PGFI=0.53,SRMR=0.046,模式配適度達理想水準。研究結果發現:就讀動機對學習滿意度具有正向且顯著的影響關係,而學習滿意度對升學意向亦具有正向且顯著的影響,但學習滿意度與升學意向對職涯規劃皆沒有顯著影響。本研究依照研究結果對學校、教練及後續研究提出相關建議。 |

The purpose of this study was to explore the relationships among study motivation, learning satisfaction, intention to enter higher education and career development for the athlete-students in Chiayi and Yulin region so as to build up an effective athlete-student development system for the education governing organization while making relative decisions. The questionnaire, entitled "study motivation, learning satisfaction, intention to enter higher education, and career development for senior high school student-athletes", was distributed to 380 student-athletes at 7 senior high schools in Chiayi and Yulin region. Of the 380 deliverable questionnaires, 363 valid questionnaires were returned for an effective response rate of 96%. The gathered data was then analyzed by Linear Structural Relation Model (LISREL). The results revealed that the hypothesized model fit the data well (χ^2_(29)=103.15, p < .05, χ^2/df=3.56, GFI=0.95, AGFI=0.90, CFI=0.95, PGFI=0.53, SRMR=0.046). Structural coefficient examinations further demonstrated that study motivation was positively and significantly related to learning satisfaction and learning satisfaction in turn was positively and significantly related to intention to enter higher education. Yet, the paths from learning satisfaction to intention to enter higher education and from intention to enter higher education to career development were not significant. The study provided practical implementations for coaches and future study. |
