目的:本研究目的為應用震動訓練與不同彈性之籃球於男子籃球選手的訓練中,評估單次的全身震動訓練對籃球選手運球速度與專項體能之影響。方法:本研究以19名大專男性籃球員為研究參與者,以單一次全身震動訓練介入,並於訓練前後進行30公尺衝刺、T字敏捷與下蹲跳躍高度測試,以及三種不同彈性籃球之運球速度測試(Low Bounce, LB; Middle Bounce, MB; High Bounce, HB)。研究中利用紅外線光柵量測30公尺衝刺、T字敏捷與運球速度,以高速攝影拍攝下蹲跳高度,並透過Kwon3D動作分析軟體進行分析。統計方法以二因子混合設計變異數分析考驗全身震動訓練前後與不同彈性籃球之運球速度的差異;以單因子重複量數變異數分析比較震動訓練前後30公尺衝刺、T字敏捷性與下蹲跳躍高度的差異。結果:不同彈性籃球與震動訓練間無顯著交互作用,在震動訓練前三種不同彈性籃球的運球速度有顯著差異(HB < MB < LB);而在震動訓練後則是HB組顯著的快於LB組。在專項體能方面,僅下蹲跳高度有顯著的提高(p < .05)。結論:不同彈性籃球將影響直線運球速度,且HB組的球較有利於大專男性籃球員的運球速度。而全身震動訓練後能立即提高大專男性籃球員的下蹲跳高度,但對於運球速度、30公尺衝刺與T字敏捷性無顯著提升。

英文摘要

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to apply the whole body vibration training and different bounce basketball on male basketball players. In this study, the dribbling speed and specialized physical capabilities were evaluated before and after single vibration training. Methods: A total of nineteen college basketball male players were used as the research subjects. The subjects were required to perform 30 meters sprint, agility T-test and counter movement jump (CMJ) and dribbling with different ball bounce (Low Bounce, LB; Middle Bounce, MB; High Bounce, HB) before and after single vibration training. The 30 meters sprint, agility T-test and dribbling speed were record by timing gates. The CMJ height was captured high speed video camera and analyzed by Kwon 3D software. Two-Way mixed design ANOVA was applied to test for differences between two independent variables. A single-factor analysis of covariance was applied to obtain the variables for the 30 meters sprint, agility t-test and CMJ between pre-test and post-test. Results: There was no significant interaction between different ball bounce and training effect. Regarding to the dribbling speed, there were significant difference among different ball bounce before vibration training (HB < MB < LB) and there was significantly different from HB and LB after vibration training. Regarding to the specialized physical capability, only the CMJ height was significantly improved. Conclusions: In this study, the results demonstrated that the dribbling speed of college basketball male player was affected by the ball bounce and the HB resulted in the faster speed. The whole body vibration training could improve the CMJ height immediately but unable to enhance the 30 meters sprint, agility T-test and dribbling speed.
