Novice radiological technologists to become member of the emergency department, not familiar with interventional examination professional knowledge yet, when there have interventional examination; they don't know how to communicate with others. We use flipped teaching to enhance student's self-study of motivation, and become have teamwork ability professional radiological technologists. |
