下肢動脈血管疾病有很多種類,而周邊動脈疾病(Peripheral Arterial Disease, PAD)為最常見的,而對於PDA的診斷以下肢電腦斷層血管攝影術(Lower limb Computed tomography angiography scanning, LL-CTA)與數位減像血管造影術 (Digital Subtraction Angiography, DSA)這兩種最為常見,而考慮安全性的話會以LL-CTA為優先選擇,LL-CTA提供醫師做下肢血管症狀的臨床診斷,所以影像的品質變為一為重要,本研究將探討不同條件下之LL-CTA的分析。本研究收集183位曾經做過LL-CTA的病人,並記錄患者的基本資料身高、體重、年齡….等,與啟動掃描時間進行統計分析,其中性別、擺位姿勢、注射位置進行獨立t檢定分析,年齡、BMI、BSA進行多元線性回歸分析。結果性別、擺位姿勢、注射位置p值分別為0.087、0.143、0.063,而年齡、身體質量指數(Body Mass Index, BMI)、全身體表面積(Body Surface Area, BSA)p值分別為0.004、0.015、0.003。本研究發現擺位姿勢與掃描啟動時間並無明顯差異,而BSA對於掃描啟動時間的關聯性高於BMI。

英文摘要

There are many types of arterial vascular diseases of the lower limbs, peripheral arterial disease (PAD) is the most common. The lower limb computed tomography angiography scanning (LL-CTA) and digital subtraction angiography (DSA) are the most common of diagnosis PDA. It’s believed to be safety, LL-CTA will be the first choice. The LL-CTA provides doctor that diagnosis of lower limb vascular, so image quality becomes more important. This study will explore the analysis of LL-CTA under different conditions. The paper collected 183 patients who had undergone LL-CTA, and recorded the patient's basic information such as height, weight, age, etc., and performed statistical analysis. The gender, positioning position, and injection position were tested independently by t-test. For analysis, multiple linear regression analysis was performed on age, BMI, and BSA. Results: The p-values for gender, pos, and injection location were 0.087、0.143 and 0.063 respectively, while the p-values for age, body mass index (BMI), and body surface area (BSA) were 0.004 and 0.015 respectively. , 0.003. This study found that there is no significant difference between positioning position and scan start time, and BSA has a higher correlation with scan start time than BMI.
