台灣與菲律賓簽訂自由貿易區之經濟影響評估

近年來亞洲區域整合不斷的展開，台灣為了避免面臨被邊陲化的危機，應該重視這種貿易關係趨勢對台灣經濟長期發展之影響。本文以可計算一般均衡 （Computable General quilibrium, CGE）模型之全球貿易分析模型（Global Trade Analysis Project, GTAP）及其資料庫為分析工具，探討在東協架構下台灣與菲律賓簽訂自由貿易協定是否緩和東協對台灣經濟之負面衝擊。模擬結果發現，若透過台菲之間簽訂自由貿易區，可以略微減緩東協對我之負面效應。雖然影響幅度不大，在全球化與降低市場過於集中之風險考量，與菲國積極發展經貿關係實為在ECFA下的輔助政策。
