「三線建設」在中國西部地區經濟發展的定位分析

中國於20世紀60年代在西部地區實施的「三線建設」是中國經濟史上一次大規模的工業遷移過程。然而在實施「改革開放」政策後，在先富的原則下，開發重心再度轉向一線、二線。從最初的沿海試點城市實施到整個沿海地區的開放都呈現出極豐碩的成果。但是隨著投資的過熱以及跟內陸的差距擴大，中國政府為實現和諧社會的長期目標、提高農村所得，加強積極推動「西部大開發」、「東北振興」及「中部崛起」的等地區經濟發展。當初傾力建設的三線地區又再次受到重視，因此本研究針對「三線建設」在中國西部地區經濟發展的定位加以分析和探討。

The third front construction of China's western region in the 1960s, is economy a large-scale industrial migration process in the history of Chinese economy. However, after the implementation of reform and open-up policy, under the principle of getting rich first, the development of the focus once again turned to first and second. From the initial implementation of the open coastal pilot cities throughout coastal areas there emerged very fruitful resaits. However, with overheated investment and expansion of the gap between inland Chinese government improves the proceeds to strengthen and actively promotes western development, economic development and revitalization of the Northeast and other regions of central China to achieve long-term goal of a harmonious society in rural areas. Original efforts to build a third front construction are attended once again. This study, analizes and discusses the third front construction in positioning China's western region's economic development.
