運動行為階段及其轉變在行動計畫與因應計畫的差異比較

研究目的:一、比較運動行為階段在行動計畫與因應計畫的差異。二、檢驗不同階段改變者在行動計畫與因應計畫的差異。研究對象為309位國中老師,平均年齡為36.29 ± 7.39歲。在徵得同意後讓其填寫行動計畫問卷、因應計畫問卷和行為改變問卷。將所得資料以變異數分析處理。所獲結果:一、在行動計畫得分,行動階段顯著高於有意圖階段,有意圖階段顯著高於無意圖階段;在因應計畫得分也獲得一致結果。二、對無意圖階段的行動計畫與因應計畫,進展者皆高於維持者;對有意圖階段的行動計畫,進展者高於維持者及後退者。對行動階段的行動計畫及因應計畫,維持者皆高於後退者。本研究結論:驗證了行動計畫及因應計畫在運動行為改變階段的階段轉變有差異,介入要有效需針對不同行為階段者給予不同形式的計畫。
