本研究目的欲比較跆拳道與田徑選手靜態與動態平衡之差異。招募青少年男子跆拳道對打選手及田徑徑賽選手各15名,靜態平衡使用平衡感誤差計分系統,記錄在20秒內失去平衡的錯誤分數,而動態平衡則是使用修正版星狀偏移平衡,測量在保持身體平衡的同時將身體延伸的距離,以及使用測力板進行動態平衡穩定測試,並測量各項平衡參數。以獨立樣本t檢定,比較跆拳道與田徑選手在各個平衡測量變項間是否達顯著差異。研究結果顯示,兩組選手在平衡感誤差計分系統表現上無顯著差異(p > .05);跆拳道選手在修正版星狀偏移平衡測試後內側(p = .008)、後外側(p = .030)及總和(p = .025)與最大地面反作用力(p = .044)、垂直平衡穩定指數(p = .009)、動態姿勢穩定指數(p = .006)表現皆顯著優於田徑選手。跆拳道選手有較佳的動態平衡能力,可能是專項運動訓練所導致,建議未來可針對其他專項的平衡能力表現,做更進一步之探討。 |
英文摘要 |
The purpose of the study was to compare the differences of static and dynamic balance between adolescent male taekwondo and track and field athletes. Fifteen adolescent male taekwondo and fifteen track and field athletes were recruited. In static balance, the Balance Error Scoring System (BESS) was used to record the error score within 20 seconds. Dynamic balance were measured by modified star excursion balance test (mSEBT) and dynamic postural stability index (DPSI). mSEBT measured the reach distance while maintaining balance. DPSI used a force plate to measure various balance parameters. The independent samples t-test were used to compare the differences in balance variables between taekwondo and track and field athletes. There was no significant difference in BESS between two groups (p > .05). Taekwondo athletes had significantly better mSEBT performance on posteromedial direction (p = .008), posterolateral direction (p = .030), and composite score (p = .025) than track and field athletes. Taekwondo athletes also had significantly better performance on peak vertical ground reaction force (p = .044), vertical stability index (p = .009) and DPSI (p = .006) than track and field athletes. In conclusion, taekwondo athletes had better dynamic balance than track and field athletes. Taekwondo sports specific training may lead to better dynamic performance than other sports. Future research should focus on the differences of balance performance in other sports. |
