本研究的目的主要在探討運動員知覺教練領導風格與其人格特質和組織承諾與組織氣候之間的相互關係與教練人格特質、組織氣候在教練領導風格與組織承諾之間的中介情形。本研究以南部的運動選手為施測對象。研究者採用立意取樣的方式,本研究共蒐集225份有效問卷,所得資料以SPSS 21.0與AMOS 21.0兩套統計軟體進行分析,主要研究發現如下:(一)知覺教練的領導風格對其人格特質有顯著直接影響力;知覺教練的領導風格對組織氣候有顯著直接影響力;知覺教練的人格特質對組織氣候沒有顯著直接影響力;知覺教練的領導風格對組織承諾沒有顯著直接影響力;知覺教練的人格特質對組織承諾有顯著直接影響力;組織氣候對組織承諾有顯著直接影響力。(二)知覺教練的人格特質之「友善性與嚴謹性」在領導風格與組織承諾之間具有中介效果。(三)組織氣候在領導風格與組織承諾之間具有中介效果。(四)知覺教練的人格特質之「嚴謹性與友善性」與組織氣候在領導風格與組織承諾之間具有雙中介效果。

英文摘要

The study discusses athletes' perception of coaches' the interrelationships among leadership styles, coaches' personality trait, organizational commitment, and organizational climate, as well as the mediating effect of coaches' personality trait and organizational climate on coaches' leadership styles and organizational commitment. This research used purposive sampling and collected 225 questionnaires, and analyzed the results via SPSS 21.0 and AMOS 21.0. The study finds as follows: (1) There is significant direct effect of coaches' leadership styles on coaches' personality trait, of coaches' leadership styles on organizational climate, of coaches' personality trait on organizational commitment, and of organizational climate on commitment. There is no significant direct effect of coaches' personality trait and coaches' leadership styles on organizational commitment. (2) There is mediating effect of coaches' personality trait of "friendliness and rigor" on coaches' leadership styles and organizational commitment. (3) There is mediating effect of organizational climate on coaches' leadership styles and organizational commitment. (4) There is double mediating effect of coaches' personality trait of "rigor and friendliness" and organizational climate on coaches' leadership styles and organizational commitment.
