After briefly reviewing the foreign policy of the Trump ddministration in the past four years, we will firstly provide for a preliminary prob into President Joe Biden, with a focus on his basic orientations, views on China, and emerging grand strategy. We then look into the Secretary of State Antony Blinken's profile, including his erlier experiences, discourses on comprehensive engagement, embryo strategic view, and perspective on Taiwan. Finally, we will examine National Security Advisor Jake Sullivan's past, personal characteristics, and strategic view.
