本研究旨在發展住宅規劃衡量量表，過程中係參考相關學術文獻及期刊作為理論依據，並結合舒適性、安全性、在地老化等概念，擬定住宅規劃量表題項，進而發展研究量表，透過文獻探索及專家訪談檢驗內容分析，進行探索性因素分析，再利用驗證性分析檢測相關信度、效度來確立住宅規劃量表衡量題項，以俾於學術與實務上研究時之有效量化受測者的分析運用。

The aim of this study is to develope a scale of residential planning by integrating the concepts of comfortability, safety, and aging based on literatures, journals and interviews with experts. This study performs exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis to validate the reliability and validity. The result of this study can be the questionnaire for future research.
