本論文介紹地震保險之特性、國內外現行地震保險制度及本文研究所採用地震保險保費推估模式，此研究內容可供國內地震保險實施所應配合措施之參考。

Our initial review concentrates on three global catastrophe schemes: New Zealand's Earthquake Commission (EQC), the Japanese Earthquake Reinsurance Company (JER), and the California Earthquake Authority (CEA).
