訓練模擬器可以讓國軍人員在安全且不受天氣影響的環境下,提升人員在各種緊急狀況下之判斷與處置能力,減少油料與彈藥的消耗,降低訓練所帶來的風險,因此維持訓練模擬器之妥善是重要課題。訓練模擬器實施保養、維修作業,都需要備份零附件做更換,然而零附件採購過程具有動態複雜、非線性與時間延遲等特性,倘若備料過剩會導致庫存超量,造成預算資源的浪費;備料不足則會使模擬器造成非妥善狀況,影響部隊人員訓練成效,由此可知零附件採購數量決策之重要性。因此本研究運用系統動態學,以海軍海練四號反潛訓練模擬器作為研究對象,發展零附件存貨政策動態模型,並運用離散事件模擬的方式,分析在不同壽期與商源供應時間情境下,執行(s,S)、(s,Q)、(R,S)、(R,s,S)存貨政策對模擬器妥善狀況、零附件採購數量與成本間之影響變化,提出政策建議。

英文摘要

The training simulator allows the national army personnel to improve their ability to judge and deal with various emergency situations in a safe and weather-free environment, reduce the consumption of fuel and ammunition, and reduce the risks brought by training, thus maintaining training. The appropriateness of the simulator is an important issue. To perform maintenance and repair operations on the training simulator, spare parts need to be backed up for replacement. However, the procurement process of spare parts has the characteristics of dynamic complexity, non-linearity and time delay. If there is excess material preparation, it will lead to excess inventory and waste of budget resources; material preparation Insufficient conditions will cause the simulator to be in an unsuitable condition and affect the training effectiveness of troops. From this, we can see the importance of the decision on the number of parts and accessories purchased. Therefore, this study uses system dynamics and takes the Navy Hailian No. 4 anti-submarine training simulator as the research object to develop a dynamic model of spare parts inventory decision-making, and uses discrete event simulation to analyze the situation under different life and supply time scenarios. , the implementation of (s,S), (s,Q), (R,S), (R,s,S) inventory policies will affect the simulator's proper status, the number of spare parts purchased and the cost of changes, and put forward policy recommendations.
