食物外送平臺快速竄起,提供線上訂購食物且即時送達訂餐者所在地,在經過大規模宣傳和COVID-19疫情,使食物外送需求量大增。外送員在進行外送服務時面臨的風險,不只存在於在運送途中,還包括外送員與外送平臺、餐廳、訂餐者間因簽約或服務行為所可能產生之風險,可能會使外送員產生損失,因此外送員的風險管理就顯得重要。因此本研究採用風險管理流程,進行風險辨識、衡量分析,及研提風險管理策略。經由訪談外送員及文獻探討,辨識出24項風險事件,其中有3項為極度風險事件,包括店家無法準時出餐、變相減薪、自律性不佳,其餘21項皆為高度風險事件。最後研提風險策略提供食物外送員、平臺業者、消費者和政府制定相關政策時之參考,使此產業能永續發展。 |
英文摘要 |
Due to the Covid-19 pandemic and the advertisement, the food delivery platform has blossomed recently. As they provide online food ordering and quick delivery to the location of the customer, the need of food delivery increases. The delivers would also face more risks during delivery and the risks of contracting with restaurants, customers and the platforms. These could cause losses to the delivers. As a result, the risk management becomes more important. This research adopted risk management procedure to conduct risk identification, measurement and provided risk management strategies. By interviewing delivers and reviewing literature, 24 risk incidents are concluded. Three of these were identified as extremely risky, including the delay of order, reduction of salary and bad self-discipline. The others are identified as high risk. This research provided risk management strategies for the delivers, platforms, customers and the government for avoiding risks or making policies in order to make this industry develop sustainable. |
