本研究旨在探討大學院校乙組棒球隊教練領導行為與選手訓練滿意度之研究,研究者以教育部主辦「中華民國大專院校九十七學年度棒球運動聯賽」參賽隊伍-乙組362名選手為研究對象,並以「大學院校乙組棒球隊教練領導行為量表」與「大學院校乙組棒球隊選手訓練滿意度量表」為研究工具,進行問卷調查再以描述統計、單因子變異數分析(one-way ANOVA)、雪費法事後檢定(Scheffes method)、皮爾遜積差相關(Pearson product-moment correlation)等研究方法進行統計分析。本研究結果發現:一、大學院校乙組棒球隊教練的領導行為由高到低依序為「民主行為」、「訓練指導行為」、「專制行為」、「獎賞行為」;選手訓練滿意度之由高到低依序為「訓練計畫」、「教練領導」、「團隊關係」、「個人表現」、「場地設備」。二、不同練習天數、不同球齡及不同守備位置對教練領導行為均未達顯著差異。不同年級在「民主行為」及「訓練指導行為」方面達顯著差異。而不同練習時間在「民主行為」、「訓練指導行為」、「專制行為」及「獎賞行為」達顯著差異。三、不同年級、不同練習天數及不同守備位置對選手訓練滿意度均未達顯著差異。不同球齡在「個人表現」方面達顯著差異。而不同練習時間在「場地設備」、「團隊關係」、「訓練計畫」、「教練領導」及「個人表現」方面達顯著差異。四、大學院校乙組棒球隊教練的領導行為及選手訓練滿意度之關係為正相關。但在「獎賞行為」與「訓練計劃」則呈現負相關。 |
英文摘要 |
The purpose of this research is to mainly discuss the satisfaction of baseball-coaching and player-training. The researchers target 362 players participating ”R.O.C College Baseball League in 2008” as samples. By two researching measurements: ”College Baseball Coaching-manner' and 'College Baseball Player-Training Satisfaction', this research is surveyed with several methods, which are Descriptive Statistics, One-Way Anova, Schffe's method and Pearson product-moment correlation. This research finds the following results.1. The priority of coaching manners are Democracy Manner, Training-directing Manner, Autocratic Manner, Awarding Manners; the priority of satisfaction of Player-training are Training Program, Coaching-directing, Team Work, Personal performance and Park Facilities.2. It never shows obvious differences to coaching-directing in various practicing days, years for playing ball and defense positions. However, for Democracy Manner and Training-directing Manner, it shows obvious differences by the ages. As for Democracy Manner, Training-directing Manner, Autocratic Manner, Awarding Manners, it also shows the difference by the time they practice.3. Various grades, practicing days and positions to player-training satisfaction don't show obvious differences. As for personal performance, it has obvious difference due to various years for playing ball. Moreover, various practicing time shows obvious difference in Park Facilities, Team Work, Training Programs, Coach-directing and Personal Performance.4. It is the positive relationship between Coaching Manner and player-training satisfaction. However, it demonstrates negative effect in Awarding Manner and Training program. |
