本研究旨在瞭解台南市高中教師休閒運動態度與生活壓力現況之關係。研究工具為「台南市高中教師休閒運動態度及生活壓力調查問卷」,以台南市高中教師為研究對象,採叢集抽樣的方式進行問卷調查,共回收203份有效問卷。所得資料使用描述性統計、t檢定、單因子變異數、雪費爾法、Pearson相關係數來進行分析。研究結果如下:一、台南市高中教師休閒運動態度,由高而低依序為「體能層面」、「心理層面」、「社交層面」、「感官層面」;所感受的生活壓力,由高而低依序為「工作壓力」、「個人壓力」、「家庭壓力」。二、台南市高中教師不同背景變項之休閒運動態度,在不同任教年資上有顯著差異。三、台南市高中教師不同背景變項之生活壓力,在性別、年齡、婚姻狀況及不同任教年資上均有顯著差異。四、台南市高中教師休閒運動態度與生活壓力之關係呈現顯著的負相關。

英文摘要

The study is to explore the relationship between senior-high-school teachers' sports and leisure attitudes and living pressure. The study approach is to collect and survey 203 copies of questionnaires from senior-high-school teachers in Tainan. Its data will be analyzed by descriptive statistics, t-testing, one-way ANOVA, Sheffe, Pearson Product Moment correlation coefficient. The results are as follows:1. The senior-high-school teachers' sports and leisure attitude could be classified as strength level, psychological level, social level and sensual level; their living pressure could be classified as work pressure, personal pressure and family pressure.2. The sports and leisure attitude differs with their different background variants, especially obviously different with various teaching years.3. The living pressure differs with their different background variants, especially obvious with the difference of gender, age, marital condition and teaching years.4. The relationship of their sports and leisure attitudes and living pressure is obviously negative,
