銀髮族社區照護空間運用成效探討－以林口區為例

本研究之主要目的是探討新北市的林口區公所，如何利用合適的社區大廈的公共地點，以用來規劃銀髮族群的照護空間來辦理各式活動，以協助當地因人口快速增加下、人數與日俱增的銀髮族群能夠以最便利的形式來達到在地老化目的。研究採用質性之研究，運用個案研究以過往文獻及次級資料，用以探討分析林口區公所如何與社區大樓管委會溝通，以找尋合適地點用來運用及規劃銀髮族群社區照護空間及有效運用。在研究結果方面，一、新店區公所主要協調社區大樓管委員以合適的公共空間及設施，以辦理各式活動，讓社區銀髮族能夠實現在地老化的退休人生；二、目前辦理成效方面，已有三成的當地社區大樓加入這項計畫之行列，未來計畫將會區的等級提升到市的等級，以期許嘉惠更多的銀髮族群能夠實現在地老化的願景。

The main purpose of this study is to explore how the Linkou District Office in New Taipei City can use suitable public locations in community buildings to plan care spaces for the seniors to handle various activities to assist the local population due to the rapid increase in population. The Seniors can achieve the purpose of aging in place in the most convenient way. The research adopts qualitative research, using case studies and past documents and secondary data to explore and analyze how the Linkou District Office communicates with the community building management committee to find suitable locations for the use and planning of community care spaces for the seniors and effective use. In terms of research results, 1. Xindian District Office mainly coordinates community building management members to provide appropriate public spaces and facilities to handle various activities, so that the seniors in the community can realize their retirement life while aging in place; 2. In terms of current management results, Thirty percent of local community buildings have joined this project. In the future, the plan is to upgrade the district level to the city level, hoping to benefit more senior citizens and realize the vision of aging in place.
