This study was attempted to investigate undergraduate hospitality students' learning satisfaction, composed factors, and their effects on predicting students' learning satisfaction in Taiwan. The empirical results showed that six factors in students' learning satisfaction were extracted, including curricula, facilities and equipment, teaching and learning outcomes, student placement design, student placement unit, and career guidance. However, only three factors demonstrated statistical significance on the effect of learning satisfaction. The findings also exhibited partially significant differences between students' demographic variables (student placement unit and hospitality work experience) and their learning satisfaction. Finally, implications and suggestions for the hospitality education were also discussed to promote the value of students' learning experience and satisfaction.
