以知識經濟為導向之時世，有效管理流動性核心價值之知識，即時支援最佳決策規劃，是組織快速回應環境變化與創造競爭優勢之關鍵要素。本研究結合「知識管理」與「決策支援」於GPS衛星控制測量，並採雛型法實際驗證具可行性與有效性之知識管理系統化及資源綜效規劃決策支援，可為組織創造更多的經濟效益。

In an era led by knowledge economics, familiarity with effective management of mobile core values to promptly support the best decision-making is a key factor for quick reaction to environmental changes and creating competitive superiority for an organization. In this research, methods of knowledge management and decision support are integrated and a miniature adopted to construct a GPS satellite surveying system. The results indicate that a feasible and effective knowledge management and decision support system of resources for efficient planning can increase the benefits for an organization.
