產業因為加工製程的需求,會使用各種型式的模具,在實務應用中,常發現要進行加工生產的模具,找下到或取用錯誤,造成訂單生產順序進度落後。RFID是近年來被廣泛應用的技術,藉由其快速辨識能力,能提高資料蒐集效率與正確性,並達到防呆與輔助管理功能。本研究之目的在於應用RFID技術於個案公司倉管部門與生產現場之間模治具的拋轉,分析其導入方法以及導入績效之評估。研究結果顯示,在導入RFID之前所需之人力時間與模擬RFID導入後之人力時間比較,整個流程大約能夠節約百分之六十的人力時間,而且透過RFID系統,有效地避免了人為的疏失,並可以讓生產管理者與現場人員,獲得即時的模治具位置及使用狀態,大大增加了公司作業的整體綜效。

英文摘要

To reach the required order production, many industries need a lot of molds. In practice, however, the order production is often delayed because of the difficulty in finding the right molds to perform the tasks. The RFID technology has the ability to rapidly identify the needed molds; it is, consequently, widely applied in recent years. The RFID technology can also speed up the efficiency of data gathering, improve the correctness of data recognition, and achieve the purposes of management assistance and fool-proofing. This paper is aimed at the application of the RFID technology as a solution for the effectiveness and efficiency of the mold management between the material department and the production management department. The introduced method was analyzed and the performance of the proposed RFID system was evaluated. The research results showed that there was a 60-percent manpower off after the RFID technology was introduced in the mold management process; and that the RFID system effectively reduced the rate of negligence arisen from human error. Furthermore, the production management staff and the manufacturing staff could easily identify the position and status of the molds in a real-time manner. The RFID technology increased the overall synergy of enterprise operation.
