This paper aims at discussing how Spiderwoman Theater, a noted North-American indigenous troupe, makes use of their nightmare-like youth life in light of parodies and satires, on the one hand, to represent how the indigenous cultures are misunderstood, and on the other, to pursue their indigenous self-identity.
