研究目的：本研究的目的設計出良好的鄉村旅行方案，運用飲食控制及運動的方法，發展出提升糖尿病患的自癒能力的鄉村旅遊活動，使病人血糖正常，讓鄉村旅遊產業找到新的方向，創造雙贏，成為成功的商業創新模式。研究方法：本論文是以描述性研究法，找到糖尿病人提升自癒力的論文和鄉村旅遊產業的論文，做出分析比較及結合。研究結果：發現糖尿病人可以提升自癒力的方法以及糖尿病人因胃繞道手術後，胰高血糖素樣肽1（glucagon-like peptide-1）簡稱（GLP-1）的釋放，以及改善腸道糖異生（improved intestinal gluconeogenesis）的情況，也因為體重減輕所以葡萄糖急性刺激下胰島素反應喪失（Insulin resistance and loss of glucose-stimulated acute insulin response）簡稱（AIR）相關症狀消失，糖尿病人因自癒力提升而康復。依此理論基礎，可以藉由鄉村旅遊，來養生去病，鄉村旅行可以讓第二型糖尿病人運動流汗，提供健康的飲食，放鬆心情，常常到鄉村旅行，可以增進第二型糖尿病的自癒能力，養生鄉村旅行的市場將十分的廣大，要如何迎接這個廣大的市場，本研究也提出了解決方案。

Research purposes: The purpose of this study is to design a good rural tourism plan, use diet control and exercise methods to carry out tourism activities, improve the self-healing ability of diabetic patients, enable patients with normal blood sugar, and make rural tourism find new directions and create a win-win situation. The situation has become a successful business innovation model. Research methods：Based on descriptive research methods, this thesis finds papers on self-healing ability of diabetes patients and papers in the rural tourism industry, and analyzes, compares and combines them. RESULTS：Diabetes patients were found to improve their self-repairing ability and glucagon-like peptide-1 (GLP-1) release after gastric bypass surgery in diabetic patients, and to improve the intestinal tract in the case of intestinal gluconeogenesis. Symptoms Due to weight loss, insulin deficiency and glucose-stimulated acute insulin response (AIR) disappear, and the symptoms of diabetes are caused by self-healing. Improve and recover. Based on this theoretical basis, it is possible to stay healthy through rural tourism. Rural travel can make people with type 2 diabetes sweat, provide a healthy diet, relax, and travel to the countryside often to improve the self-development of type 2 diabetes. The greater the capacity, the health, and rural tourism market will be very large, how to meet this vast market, this research also proposes solutions.
