本研究主要目的在了解彰化縣國民小學推廣網路學籍管理系統現況及相關影響因素。透過問卷調查法,針對彰化縣網路學籍管理系統使用者進行量化統計分析。以「科技接受模式」及「創新擴散理論」的觀點來建立理論架構。並據此探討不同使用者採用網路學籍管理系統處理學生資料的「態度」,並探究「有用認知」和「易用認知」對使用者決策「態度」的影響。本研究認為網路學籍管理系統是一項創新的資訊科技,因此以「創新擴散理論」的「相對優勢」、「相容性」及「複雜度」做為科技接受的外部要素,並探討這三個要素對「有用認知」和「易用認知」的影響。 根據研究結果,綜合歸納結論如下:當使用者知覺到愈高的「相對優勢」、「相容性」及「複雜度」愈低時,對採用網路學籍管理系統的「有用認知」及「易用認知」愈高,對其採用網路學籍管理系統的「態度」愈正向。

英文摘要

The goal of this study was to investigate the adapting process of the internet registration system, its current situation of application, and factors that influenced the process. The study used survey questionnaires to collect data. A theoretical framework was constructed based on Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) and Diffusion of Innovation Theory (DIT). Adapting Internet Registration System in elementary school is an innovated technology. It is assumed that Users' attitude toward the innovated technology can be influenced by perceived usefulness and ease of use. The relative advantage, compatibility and complexity were considered as external factors that influenced the perceived usefulness and ease of user. The conclusion indicated that when the system users perceived a higher relative advantage, higher compatibility, and lower complexity, they also perceived higher usefulness and ease of use, which positively affects their attitudes toward the internet registration system.
