The study was to explore researcher's own track and field experiences through the excitement collection in the Japanese novel ”Swif to Become Wind.” As for methodology, it was mainly on the basis of Robert Sokolowski's ”Introduction to Phenomenolgy.”It can be divided into two parts. First, on the part of the personal memories, the researcher traced back to her high-school track and field days, including her coming back to the athletic field from the badminton court, how discouraging she was when unable to beat her short-distance teammates, the worth and positive influences seniors brought to the team, and the happiness of winning the championship in competition with the schools well-known for track and field. Besides, the researcher elaborates on training- the self-autonomy as well as the spirit of self challenging behind the cruel ”energy-back-to-zero” training-that is the attitude that every track and field athletes should hold. Moreover, when the researcher changes her role into a track and field trainer (coach), she is eager to provide students with hidden educational insights because she benefits a lot from her previous experiences.
