單純性皰疹之中醫治療病例報告

這位40歲中年女性於今年一月底到印度旅行，在印度當地曾出現發燒、拉肚子、以及嘔吐，症狀持續十天。回國之後，病患自覺易疲勞，同時反覆感冒。因感冒持續多日未愈，於94年3月4日來本院中醫部治療。 診察後發現病患在鼻下及唇上長皰疹，同時下鼻甲肥大，質紅，津液可，分泌物清，面黃白不華，喉部紅腫而痛，目胞上下鮮明，鼻下及唇上長皰疹，口唇深紅，牙齦腐爛，苔薄黃白相兼，手足臃腫，覺冷，怕風，遇風便覺難耐，皮毛聳起，脈浮。中醫診斷為肺經風熱、肝膽濕熱、心經火熱，應以疏風清熱瀉邪之方式。 方用龍膽瀉肝湯治肝膽經實火濕熱；銀翹散辛涼透表，清熱解毒；辛夷清肺湯清宣肺氣，疏風清熱；魚腥草、蒲公英清熱解毒，消腫核，疔毒；麥冬潤肺，養陰，瀉熱除煩。一週後複診，皮膚恢復原狀，沒有結痂疤痕，且感冒改善。

This 40 y/o woman traveled to Indian in this January, and she suffered from fever, diarrhea, and vomit to last 10 days. After returning home, she felt fatigue and easy caught a cold. Because of the cold, she went to our hospital for treatment in 94/03/04. The patient reveal lots of herpes around her nose and lips, throat reddish, gums rotten, felt cold and feared of wind……etc. After we prescribed Long Dan Xie Gan Tang, Shin Yi Ching Fey Tang and Lianqiao for her, the herpes were disappeared with no scars, and the cold was improved in a week.
