淺述丙申歲時行感冒併治少陰證之理法

「五運六氣」是《內經》運氣七篇之主要內容，述說天人相應、三陰三陽、五行、六元氣在寰宇中運行，人身亦一小宇宙，天地人三才自是相通。2016年是丙申年，前一年是乙未年，丙申年的天氣尤為嚴寒，爆發了小規模的A-型流感，以五運六氣來分析，推斷丙申歲初之氣，遇到寒冷的天氣亦是相應。《傷寒論》本身就是治療感冒、流感、疫病的專著，臨床上常遇到太陽傳入少陰之醫案，丙申歲初遇一病患高燒39℃，因服麻杏石甘湯發汗後而燒不退病不解，以辨治太陽傳少陰之理法來進行思考，用甘溫退大熱來醫治，三日後體溫恢復正常且療效顯著。今撰文分析其脈因證治，天之時行，人之相應，傷寒之理法，以述其義。

Wu-Yun-Liu-Qi(五運六氣) was well documented in the seven doctrines of Neijing’s Yun-Qi（運氣七篇）. It explained the concept of Heaven-Human-Unison, the Three-Yin-Yang theory, the 5-element circle and the Six-Yun-Qi running among the universe. Our body is a part of the universe and meets reasonably to the Yun-Qi theory. The Year 2016 is correlated to the Chinese Calendar of Bing-Shen(丙申) and the previous year was Yi-Wei(乙未). In the early of 2016, the average temperature of the beginning three months was lowered than last year and Influenza-A spreading around which giving casualty was arisen. It seems to be matched to the prediction of Bing- Shen from our ancestors. The medical teaching of Shan-Han-Lun used to treat common cold, influenza and Epidemic influenza as well. One of the clinical demonstrations from Shan-Han-Lun is the Tai-Yang disease(太陽病) shifting to Shao-Yin symptoms(少陰證). Recently, there was a patient who suffered from high fever 39oC and being treated by Ma-Xing-She-Gan formula(麻杏石甘). After taking the medication, patient had had a lot of sweating while the symptom was unrelieved. Analysis of the clinical manifestation which was given the diagnosis of Shao-Yin and made use the concept of “Gan-Wun 甘溫”medication to releasing body heat. After taking three-day medication, the fever and symptoms were relieved dramatically. In this article, the pulse-etiology-symptomstreatment, Heaven-Human-Unison, and Shan-Han theory will be further elicited.
