本文為論講由遣唐使帶回的重要經方傳本《貞元傷寒論》，《貞元傷寒論》《康治傷寒論》《康平傷寒論》皆是異於通行趙開美翻刻宋本（1599）的經方書傳本。貞元本與康治本基本文字相同，六病主要提綱亦一致，在藥方上略有小異，全書為50方、42藥，可為臨床參考。

This article discusses the important classics Zen-Yuan's "Treatise on Febrile Disease" brought back by envoys sent to the Tang Dynasty. Zen-Yuan Treatise on Febrile Disease, Kang-Zhi Treatise on Febrile Disease, and Kang-Ping Treatise on Febrile Disease, all of which are different from the famous Song version (1599) reprinted by CHAO Kai-Mei biography. The Zen-Yuan edition and Kang-Zhi edition are basically the same, only with slight differences in some prescriptions and characters. The whole book contains 50 formulae and 42 medications, which can be used as a clinical application reference.
