現今的社會裡,手機是不可或需的需求品,幾乎在外都可以看到路人們人手一支智慧型手機,智慧型手機的崛起不僅為我們的生活帶來便利,也為我們的社會帶來無限的商機,人們必須不斷的了解手機才可以跟上E時代的腳步。一、不同手機品牌,(一)在「影響因素」、「整體顧客忠誠度」上,「IPHONE」大於「HTC」;(二)在「品牌偏好」上「IPHONE」大於「HTC」、「SONY」與「其它」;二、不同手機作業系統,(一) 在「影響因素」、「整體顧客忠誠度」上,「IOS」大於「Android」;(二)在「品牌偏好」上,「IOS」大於「Android」與「Windows Mobile OS」,研究建議:(一)建議APPLE在台灣設置APPLE STORE來提升維修服務。(二)建議IPHONE未來在處理器以及軟體方面能夠改善增加更多軟體的相容性。

英文摘要

Today's society, the phone is not available or demand product must be almost outside you can see the way people staffing a smartphone, the rise of smartphones not only bring convenience to our lives, but also for our society unlimited business opportunities, people must continue to know your phone can keep up with the pace of E era. (1) The different smart phone brands, (a) in the "influencing factors", "total customer loyalty", the "IPHONE" was greater than "HTC". (b) In the "brand preference", the "IPHONE" was greater than "HTC", "SONY" and "other". (2) The different smart phone operating system, (a) in the" influencing factors ", "totalcustomer loyalty", the "IOS" was greater than" Android ". (b) The" brand preference ", the "IOS" was greater than" Android "and" Windows Mobile OS. Research Recommendations: (A) Recommendation APPLE in Taiwan set APPLE STORE to lift maintenance services. (B) Recommendation IPHONE in the future in terms of processor and software can be improved to add more software compatibility.
