目的:本研究主要目的為探討足踝貼紮對籃球運動員下肢動力學與跳躍能力之影響。方法:研究中以15名大專男子籃球選手為受試者對象,並以鎖跟貼紮法對踝關節進行活動度的限制。測驗方式以下蹲跳(counter movement jump, CMJ)評估,藉由測力板與動作捕捉系統量測其下肢動力學與跳躍高度。以Matlab 2008a電腦語言自行編寫程式計算其起跳躍高度、跳躍速度、跳總衝量、最大發力率與最大力量輸出。統計方法以成對樣本t檢定考驗貼紮前後之差異。本研究統計水準為α = .05。結果:研究結果顯示,經由貼紮後跳躍高度、跳躍速度、最大發力率與最大力量輸出產生顯著的下降(p < .05)。結論:雖然本研究結果顯示,鎖跟貼紮法對於跳躍能力會有所影響。然而,對於有足踝扭傷病史的運動員而言,貼紮或護具不僅可以提供保護舒適性,對於在扭傷的急性期也可控制水腫的程度。

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of ankle tapping on lower-limb kinetic of basketball players. Methods: Fifteen college male basketball players were recruited in this study and locked the mobility of ankle by using heel-lock taping. The participants were asked to perform counter movement jump (CMJ) to measure the kinetic variables and jump height via a force-plate and motion analysis system. The Matlab 2008a computer language was used to compute the jump height (JH), peak velocity (PV), total impulse (TI), maximum rate of force development (mRFD), and peak force (PF). The paired samples t-test was applied to test the differences between per-test and post-test. The significant level was set at α= .05. Results: The results indicated that the JH, PV, mRFD, and PF were significant decreased within heel-lock taping (p < .05). Conclusions: In summary, the heel-lock taping partially affected the jump capability of subjects. However, the tapping or orthoses is recommended for the athletes with sprain history. The external devices provide comfort of ankle and restrain the swelling during the injury immediately.
