目的:本研究探討年輕女性的下肢肌力是否和爆發力以及平衡具有相關性,並找出其具有相關性之參數,加以證實其三者之關係。方法:13 位健康年輕女大學生,藉由測力板測量各2次下蹲跳和動靜態平衡取成績較佳作為參考數據,使用股四頭伸直機測量股四頭肌的最大肌力;並於MATLAB軟體上自行撰寫程式分析下蹲跳、動靜態平衡力學參數。使用SPSS 20.0 統計軟體進行皮爾森相關係數 (Pearson's correlation coefficient)法進行檢定。結果:結果顯示在動靜態平衡和下肢最大肌力呈顯著負相關,下肢最大肌力和爆發力呈顯著正相關。結論:具有較佳的下肢肌力在動靜態平衡穩定中,重心移動的距離總數值較低,且在最大輸出功率中有較大的數值。

Purpose: The aim of this study is to investigate whether the lower limb strength is in correlation with the power and balance skill of young women, and find out the correlation parameters to confirm the relationship among them. Methods: 13 healthy young female college students, using a force plate and leg extension machine to measure the counter movement jump, dynamic and static balance and 1RM, respectively. The kinematic parameters of subject's counter movement jump, dynamic and static balance was analyzed by self-designed MATLAB 2008a software. The Pearson's correlation coefficient test was used by SPSS 20.0 statistical software. Result: The result showed that the dynamic, static balance and lower limb strength were reached high negative correlation. The lower limb strength and power were reached high positively correlation. Conclusion: We observed that the better lower limb strength was, the lower total displacement of the center of gravity was, and had a larger value in the peak power output.
