提昇呼吸照護中心－失禁性皮膚炎照護正確性之專案

本專案昌在提升呼吸照護中心失禁性皮膚炎照囂的正確性，因照護不當會造成患者疼痛不適、人力成本增加，而護理人員在執行失禁性皮膚炎患者照護中，正確性僅17.6%。經現況分析發現其原因為：缺乏照護失禁性皮膚炎評估準則：護理人員對照章失禁性皮膚炎認知不足：缺乏致性的保護隔離用物提供臨床使用：缺乏照護失禁性皮膚炎之監測指標。實施：失禁性皮膚炎評估對照表、製作統標準照護準則、推動在職教育及多媒體教材設計、提供致性保護隔離用物（共臨床使用並增加監測指標。經2012年6月1日到2013年4月30日，實施11個月後，呼吸照護中心失禁性皮膚炎正確性提升至96.0%，使病患獲得更佳的舒適度並達提升臨床照護品質之效。
