2019新型冠狀病毒肺炎（Coronavirus disease 2019,COVID-19），在世界各地造成全球大流行，台灣自2021年5月也受到新型冠狀病毒的侵襲而爆發社區感染，血液透析病人因為接受侵入性醫療處置、免疫力下降及治療照護需頻繁進出醫院等多重因素，故為COVID-19高危險族群，血液透析室是群聚高密度和護病雙方接觸頻繁的單位，極易引發醫護人員與病人、病人之間、陪病者間的傳播，為了守護血液透析室的病人及全體工作人員免於受到COVID-19病毒的侵襲，如何在險峻的疫情下超前佈署先做好準備，避免人員被感染或發生院內傳播的風險，這裡我們參考衛生福利部疾病管制署及國外相關文獻，與跨部門多單位進行多次會議和討論後，制定許多因應COVID-19的照護流程。希望透由本院血液透析室防疫措施的改變及經驗分享，讓我們未來面對任何傳染病的衝擊時，能更加快速及從容的面對及應變。

2019 novel coronavirus (COVID-19), a disease caused a global pandemic around the world, thus now spread into the community in Taiwan, since May 2021. It is obvious that hemodialysis patients are in the high risk of infection, as they are required to receive invasive medical treatment on a regular basis. During the admission, virus could spread among medical staff, patients and caregivers. In order to avoid the patients and staffs of the hemodialysis room being infected and nosocomial infections in hospitals, we formulated new procedures which were referred to the protocol of Centers for Disease Control, relevant papers, and many cross-departmental discussion. We sincerely hope the experience of fighting against COVID-19 can help us in the future while dealing with any other epidemic.
