本文主要探討撐竿跳高各環節技術中雙臂所扮演之角色及對成績之影響。經過分析,總體歸納雙臂技術在各個層面中有以下幾個作用:一、助跑降竿時,雙臂以右手爲主導手上提,左手爲支點將撐竿降至每一助跑腳步所要求的降竿定位,有助於插竿的執行。二、在插竿起跳時,雙臂積極的向前、上方快舉可幫助起跳角度的提高。三、起跳挺胸時,左手臂微彎曲可以幫助胸部進入衝擊撐竿,以便幫助撐竿有效率走向跳墊內側。四、雙臂於挺胸後再用力將撐竿推出可以加大竿子的彎曲度,使竿子儲存最大的能量,並有利於撐竿的反彈。五、在轉身及過竿階段,雙臂保持打直執行不拉竿且如划龍舟手肘盡量不彎的過竿技術可以有效率的減少動力損失。

英文摘要

The main purpose of this study was to discuss the arms techniques in every segment of pole vaulting. It included the techniques of take-off, traveling, swing, rock-back and rotation. The conclusions were as followed: 1. Vaulter should take-off and penetrate aggressively in order to minimize the loss of velocity. 2. A push-forward arms action will delay the recoil of pole bend in order to store more potential energy. 3. During traveling, the left arm should apply force in order to keep the space between pole and vaulter great. 4. A proper arms rowing techniques during rotation will maintain the momentum effectively.
