動體視力是運動視覺的重要能力之一,過去研究發現動體視力對運動表現具有決定性的影響,所謂的動體視力是指個體能正確地辨識移動中物體細微部分的能力。截至目前為止,動體視力除了在球類運動有相關的研究外,對於技擊類運動項目並沒有類似的研究,且對於不同教育階段運動員以及不同運動特性運動員的動體視力並未深入探討;因此,本研究的目的在於以橫斷面的研究方式,探究(1)國小、國中、高中、大學等不同教育階段運動員動體視力之差異,(2)棒球運動員及空手道運動員的動體視力之差異。經檢測120名受試者之靜止視力和動體視力後,發現棒球運動員的動體視力在大學階段顯著優於其他階段,但空手道運動員則未發現;棒球運動員在大學、高中、國中等階段的動體視力均顯著優於空手道運動員。本研究認為不同運動特性與不同教育階段會影響動體視力,因此本研究結果可做為體育教學、運動訓練以及科學選材之參考依據。

英文摘要

Dynamic Visual Acuity (DVA) is the ability of an individual to correct identify minute details in moving objects. According to previous researches, athletes in fast-ball sports, such as baseball, tennis, badminton, and basketball, are required have better DVA than the other sports athletes who don't need to track a fast moving objects. There is no DVA studies related to boxing or fighting sports so far. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to use cross-sectional research method to analyze DVA difference among four learning stages including primary school, junior middle school, senior high school and college stages, as well as difference between athletes of sports characteristics. Baseball athletes at university stage have the best DVA than at other learning stages (p<.05). There is no significant difference among four learning stages for karate athletes (p>.05). Baseball athletes have better DVA than karate athletes at university, senior high, and junior high learning stages (p<.05). The findings of the study can effectively assist trainers, as references, for evaluation and selection of athletes during training and competition. Consequently, it improves the performances of athletes in their respective sports.
