近年來國外學者研究證實,運動時伴隨聆聽音樂,可以增強運動力量之輸出、控制覺醒、減少知覺費力程度、提高中、高強度運動時之情緒狀態,更可以增加運動持續力(Anshel & Marisi, 1978; Gfeller, 1988; Beckeet, 1990; Becker et al., 1994; Karageorghis & Terry, 1997; Crust, 2004; Karageorghis, Jones & Low, 2006)。本文從國外相關實證研究歸納,探討音樂介入不同階段訓練之可行性,結果發現運動訓練前應聆聽激發性音樂能增強運動時之力量輸出;運動訓練中,聆聽與運動節奏相符之音樂,可產生解離消除運動訓練時的疲勞感及枯燥感,增加運動技能之學習;運動訓練後,聆聴柔和、低喚醒程度之音樂,有助於情緒及肌肉之放鬆。若教練能於運動訓練時應用音樂輔助訓練,則可加強選手運動節奏感與動作協調性,減少運動訓練時之疲勞及枯燥感,以達提升運動技能之效益。 |

In recent years, foreign researchers have demonstrated that exercise with musical accompaniment has increased power, controlled arousal, reduced the rate of perceived exertion, enhanced effective states at both medium and high levels of work intensity, and increased stamina (Anshel & Marisi, 1978; Gfeller, 1988; Beckeet, 1990; Becker et al., 1994; Karageorghis & Terry, 1997; Crust, 2004; Karageorghis, Jones, & Low, 2006). This paper suggests that the inclusion of music into training may increase the level of training. The results found that listening to motivational music before sports training was conducive to increasing power; Listening to enjoyable music during sports training produced dissociation and abated the sense of fatigue and increased the learning of sports skills; After sports training, listening to soft and calming music, contributed to the cool down cycle and relaxation of muscles. If a coach can apply music-assisted training, they can help strengthen the athlete's rhythm and coordination, reduce the sense of being tired and uninterested while the athletes are training, thereby improving their performance. |
