本研究主要目的在探討高中女子籃球選手的運動目標取向和團隊道德氣氛對道德功能的影響。本研究以100名高中女子籃球選手為研究對象。本研究使用的工具有三向度目標取向量表、道德氣氛量表、道德功能量表。所得資料以階層迴歸分析進行統計分析。研究結果顯示：一、團隊不道德氣氛能預測較不成熟之道德功能。二、社會取向與道德氣氛對道德功能有交互作用。本研究結果顯示採用社會目標取向和道德氣氛可瞭解更多運動道德，教練在實務上可鼓勵運動員採用社會目標，並增加團隊正向道德氣氛，如此將有利於運動員道德的發展。

The purpose of this study was to examine the contribution that social goal orientations and moral atmosphere make toward understanding moral functioning. Participants were 100 female high school basketball players. They completed questionnaires assessing three-dimension goal orientations, moral atmosphere, and moral functioning. Results from hierarchical multiple regression analyses indicated that: 1. The moral atmosphere could predict the moral functioning. 2. There were significant interactions between an individual’s social goal orientation and the team moral atmosphere for moral judgement and behavior. These results suggested that considering both social goals and team atmosphere may explain moral functioning in sport more fully. Coach could promote the athletes' social orientation and positive team moral atmosphere.
