Rotational shot-put technique has been commonly chosen among international athletes, though it is still rarely used in Taiwan. This article used systematic description with photos to present a shot-put training example using Ming-Huang Chang who is the first male shot-putter in Taiwan to get qualified with Standard A for 2012 London Olympic Games over the past 40 years. The weight training and supplement exercise were also described in this article with regard to Ming-Huang's preparation for competitions in 2011.
