目的:在探討不同伸展方式對柔軟度與間歇性高強度衝刺表現之立即影響。方法:本研究招募12名大學男性運動員(年齡,20.3±1.2歲;身高,175.8±5.7cm;體重,68.5±8.3kg),以隨機交叉的方式,在3分鐘腳踏車動態熱身之後,分別接受三種不同實驗處理:振動式伸展(stretch with vibration, SV, 30 Hz, 1.6mm)、靜態伸展(static stretch, SS, 0 Hz, 0 mm)及控制處理(control, CON)。同時,在每次的實驗處理後,立即進行坐姿體前彎檢測,並進行6×10秒腳踏車間歇性衝刺(intermittent cycling sprints, IS)測驗。在IS測驗過程中,檢測心跳率、血乳酸濃度與運動強度自覺量表(rate of perceived exertion, RPE),並利用電子式腳踏車測功儀分析6×10秒IS測驗時,每組衝刺的功率峰值、平均功率與至功率峰值時間。結果:在實驗處理後,SV的柔軟度顯著高於SS與CON(SV vs. SS vs. CON, 30.0±9.9 vs. 28.3±9.8 vs. 26.8±10.7cm, p<.05)。在IS測驗時的功率峰值、平均功率、血乳酸濃度與RPE,在三種實驗處理之間,並無顯著差異。不過,在IS測驗時,SV(3.9±1.7 sec)的至功率峰值時間,則明顯地快於SS(4.9±2.0 sec)。結論:相較於SS而言,單次的振動式伸展有助於提升大學男性運動員的柔軟度,並改善隨後間歇性高強度腳踏車衝刺時的至功率峰值時間。

英文摘要

Purpose: To examine the acute effects of different static stretching methods on flexibility and intermittent high-intensity sprint performance. Methods: Twelve male collegiate athletes (age, 20.3±1.2 years; height, 175.8±5.7 cm; body mass, 68.5±8.3 kg) were recruited to complete this randomized crossover experiment. All subjects were requested to perform sit-and-reach and 6×10-s intermittent cycling sprints (IS) tests after 3 different conditions followed by 3-min dynamic cycling warm-up: static stretching with vibration (SV) (8 min, 30 Hz, 1.6 mm), static stretching (SS) (8 min, 0 Hz, 0 mm), and control (CON) (8 min, sit on chair). The heart rates, blood lactate concentrations and rate of perceived exertion (RPE) were measured during the IS test. The peak power, mean power, and time to peak power at each set of 6×10-s IS test were also analyzed using the electrically braked cycling ergometer. Results: After the treatments, the flexibility in SV was significantly higher than those in SS and CON (SV vs. SS vs. CON, 30.0±9.9 vs. 28.3±9.8 vs. 26.8±10.7cm, p<.05). No significant differences were found on the peak power, mean power, blood lactate concentrations and RPE during the IS test among three treatments. However, the time to peak power at IS test in SV (3.9±0.4 sec) was significantly faster than that in SS (4.9±0.4 sec). Conclusions: These results indicate that an acute bout of static stretching with vibration might increase flexibility and improve the time to peak power during the intermittent high-intensity sprint exercise while comparing with SS in male collegiate athletes.
