目的:臨界頻率測試概念Critical frequency test(2008)桌球專項測試為一項有效評估初學桌球選手專項有氧耐力之方式,但其測試的挑戰性可能無法對較高層級選手之專項體能進行準確評估,故本研究參照Critical frequency test,將技術面與難度挑戰做提升,並進行再測信度檢測,以期符合國內桌球選手技術水準之專項有氧測試,供未來從事桌球訓練與專項體能評估之參考。方法:以23 名國內甲組桌球選手(6 女、17 男,平均18.18 ± 2.38 歲,球齡9.55 ± 3.51 年,身高 169.45 ± 6.19 公分,體重62.98 ± 9.84公斤)為對象,使用桌球發球機(SMART-PONG)進行桌球專項有氧運動測試,所有實驗參與者皆進行兩次專項測試,測試內容為連續三點正手拉球,以60 球/分鐘為強度連續擊球至參與者力竭。測試過程中以Polar 錶記錄心跳與運動測試時間,兩次測試需間隔72 小時以上並於2 週內完成。以內在等級相關係數分析,考驗改良版桌球專項有氧測試之再測信度。結果:桌球專項有氧體能測試之運動時間(431.78 ± 168.83 與445.13 ± 149.53 秒),ICC 值為0.91(p < .0001),顯示極具有極佳再測信度;最大心跳率之再測信度結果為0.83(p < .0001),亦具有極佳再測信度。結論:本研究結果顯示,此桌球專項有氧測試擁有極佳的再測信度及穩定性,可用於評估甲組桌球選手之專項有氧能力。

英文摘要

Purpose: This study was to assess the reliability of aerobic fitness evaluation in table tennis players using specific fitness test. Methods: Twenty-three table-tennis athletes (6 female, 17 male; age: 18.18 ± 2.38 yr; playing experience: 9.55 ± 3.51 yr; height: 169.45 ± 6.19 cm; weigh: 62.98 ± 9.84 kg) participated in the present study. The specific fitness test was executed using a mechanical table tennis ball thrower (SMART-PONG) to control the exercise intensity. Each participant forehand topspin three position rally table tennis trials at frequency of 60 balls/min till voluntary exhaustion. The Polar heart rate monitor was used to record heart rate and exercise duration. The test-retest interval was 3 days in between. Cronbach's α was used to examine the internal consistency, and intra-class correlation coefficient (ICC) was used to assess the level of agreement between test and retest data. Results: Test-retest reliability of the sport specific test regarding exercise time showed excellent overall reliability with ICC of 0.91 (p < .0001). As for HR_(max), there was a good test-retest reliability with ICC of 0.83 (p < .0001). Conclusions: It appeared that the table tennis specific fitness test had high internal consistency and excellent test-retest reliability. The specific test is a reliable test and can be recommended to be used to measure the sports related aerobic ability of table tennis players.
