目的:健康體適能是全人健康之一環,其推動亦是教育部的重要政策,故本研究目的在瞭解臺北商業大學五專部男、女生一至四年級健康體適能情形,並與全國常模同年齡層之百分等級進行比較及各別比較男、女生在不同年級中各項健康體適能之差異。方法:以本校七個科,共1,204學生(男309人、女895人)完成測試,測量項目包括身體組成(身高與體重之比率)、坐姿體前彎、一分鐘屈膝仰臥起坐、立定跳遠和800或1,600公尺跑走,所得資料以描述性統計與獨立樣本單因子變異數進行分析。結果:男、女生一至四年級的BMI都屬於正常範圍,但男生四年級顯著高於一年級(p < .05)。男、女生不同年級的一分鐘屈膝仰臥起坐皆無明顯差異,且介於65至85%的百分等級。男、女生的坐姿體前彎和立定跳遠皆無明顯差異,但四年級相較於常模皆有退步。男生三年級的1,600公尺跑走成績顯著優於一和四年級(p < .05),女生一和二年級800公尺跑走 秒數則顯著優於三年級(p < .05)。結論:整體發現本校五專部學生在一分鐘屈膝仰臥起坐屬於高百分等級範圍,而在其他要素則呈現四年級有退步的跡象,故未來針對體適能不佳之處,透過運動處方之規劃與執行強化,達到體適能教育的目標。

英文摘要

Purpose: Health-related physical fitness is one part of wellness. The purposes of this study were to assess health-related physical fitness of first to fourth grade of five-year junior college male and female students in National Taipei University of Business (NTUB) and compare to national norm and investigate the difference of health-related physical fitness form first to fourth grade among male and female students. Methods: One thousand, two hundred and four students (309 males and 895 females) from seven departments completed the tests of health-related physical fitness, including body composition (body mass index, BMI), sit and reach, one-minute sit-up, standing jump and 800/1,600 meter jogging. The collecting data were analyzed by descriptive statistics and one-way independent analysis of variance (ANOVA). Results: The BMI of first to fourth grade male and female students were in the standard range, but fourth grade male students were significantly higher than first grade (p < .05). It was no significantly difference on one-minute sit-up in first to fourth grade male and female students and percentile rank was between 65% and 85%. It was no significantly difference on sit and reach and standing jump in first to fourth grade male and female students. 1,600 meter jogging of third grade male students was significantly better than grade 1 and 4 (p < .05), 800 meter jogging of first to second grade female students was significantly better than third to fourth grade (p < .05). Conclusions: First to fourth grade of five-year junior college male and female students in NTUB were in high percentile rank on one-minute sit up, and the others were showed a indication that fourth grade students was regression, therefore we should improve the weakness of health-related physical fitness in the future by exercise prescription and then let students have a regular exercise habit. The results can be information for formulating goals of physical education class and be a reference for other schools.
