背蹲舉是提高下肢力量的最佳動作之一,並且日常生活中也常採用下蹲的動作模式來完成相關的日常任務,因此建立高效的背蹲動作模式,不僅需要競技運動員的重視,同時對一般人群也至關重要。本文從關節的活動度、穩定性與相關肌肉力量方面著手,探討背蹲舉的技術動作,歸納背蹲舉過程中主要階段潛在可觀察的功能缺陷機轉。進而針對背蹲舉初學者提出動作建議,以避免功能缺陷發生,最終建立高效的動作模式,為日後的訓練與日常生活打下良好的基礎。

Squat lift is one of the best moves to raise the strength of the lower extremities. In daily life, people often use the squat movement mode to complete related daily tasks. Therefore, establishing an effective recitation mode requires not only the attention of competitive athletes, but also of the general population. In this paper, the technique of back squatting is analyzed from the aspects of joint mobility, joint stability and related muscle strength. Potential observable defects of the stage will be discussed in order to understand the reasons for its formation, so as to avoid the squatting beginner's functional defects, to establish efficient mode of action, and lay a good foundation for future training and daily life.
