目的:本研究旨在探討消費者對於屏東市國民運動中心提供之服務品質、滿意度及行為意圖之關係。方法:研究採用問卷調查法進行樣本資料搜集,於2019年1月7日至13日針對屏東市國民運動中心消費者為研究物件進行系統抽樣,以每間隔三位元消費者為施測對象發放300份問卷,扣除無效問卷15份後共得有效285份,有效問卷率95.0%。回收資料以SPSS 20.0及Amos 20.0統計軟體進行樣本描述性統計、收斂效度、區別效度和模型適配度檢驗。結果:研究結果顯示樣本中以男性、19-30歲、大學教育程度為主;屏東市國民運動中心消費者知覺之服務品質對滿意度達顯著影響(路徑係數= 0.65*);服務品質對行為意圖達顯著影響(路徑係數 = 0.40*);滿意度對行為意圖未達顯著影響(路徑係數 = 0.00)。結論:一、提升服務品質可以正向提升滿意度;二、提升服務品質可以正向提升行為意圖。建議:一、引進新式運動設備,吸引消費者參與使用;二、主動關懷消費者需求,提供個別服務。 |
英文摘要 |
Purpose: The purpose of this study was to explore the relationship among consumers' service quality, satisfaction, and behavioral intention provided by Pingtung National Sports Center. Methods: In this study, questionnaire survey method was used to collect sample data. From January 7 to 13, 2019, a systematic sampling of consumers in Pingtung National Sports Center was carried out, and 300 questionnaires were distributed to three consumers at intervals. After deducting 15 invalid questionnaires, 285 valid ones were obtained, and the valid rate was 95.0%. The sample descriptive statistics, convergence validity, discrimination validity and model fitness were tested by SPSS 20.0 and Amos 20.0 statistical software. Results: The results showed that the samples were mainly male of college education level, from 19 to 30 years old. The perceived service quality of consumers in Pingtung National Sports Center has a significant impact on satisfaction (path coefficient = 0.65*), service quality has a significant impact on behavioral intention (path coefficient = 0.40*), and satisfaction had no significant impact on behavioral intention (path coefficient = 0.00). Conclusion: (1) Satisfaction can be positively increased by improving the service quality; and (2) behavioral intention can be positively increased by improving the service quality. Suggestion: (1) Introduce new sports equipment to attract consumers to participate in the use; and (2) take the initiative to care for consumers' needs and provide individual services. |
