目的:功能性動作篩檢(Functional Movement Screen, FMS)為一種評估運動員動作穩定性與活動性的篩檢工具,到目前為止尚未有大學運動員FMS得分的規範值。本研究目的在建立大專運動員FMS得分的規範值,並比較男性與女性運動員得分的差異。方法:以484名(男性340名與女性144名)大專校院公開組運動員為研究對象,利用FMS測驗工具,對運動員執行動作進行評分,獲得七個動作的得分與總分,以Mann-Whitney U檢定比較男性與女性運動員得分之差異。結果:全體運動員的FMS總分平均為15.51 ± 2.41分,95%信賴區間為15.30-15.73分;男性和女性運動員FMS總分無顯著差異(p > .05),但在深蹲、前後分腿蹲、肩部活動性、主動直膝抬腿和軀幹穩定性俯撐動作的得分達顯著差異(p < .05);FMS總分為14分與小於14分者占全體運動員的29.8%;而不對稱性動作以肩部活動性的人數最多。結論:本研究提供大專運動員FMS得分的規範值,有助於在評估大專運動員功能性動作的活動性和穩定性表現之規範值參考資料。

英文摘要

Purpose: Functional Movement Screen (FMS) is a screening instrument to evaluate the mobility and stability of an athlete. To date, there are no published normative values for the functional movement screen score in collegiate athletes. The purpose of this study was to establish normative values for the FMS in collegiate athletes and to investigate whether performance differed between males and females. Methods: Four hundred and eighty-four collegiate athletes (340 males and 144 females) were recruited to participate in the study. All participants performed the FMS and were scored using the previously established standardized FMS criteria. The Mann-Whitney U test were performed to examine the effect of gender on scores. Results: The overall mean FMS scores was 15.51 ± 2.41 with a 95% confidence interval between 15.30 and 15.73. No significant differences in FMS scores were found between male and female athletes (p > .05), significant differences were found in the deep squat, in-line lunge, shoulder mobility, active straight leg raise and trunk stability push-up components (p < .05). 29.8% of the athletes had a composite score ≤ 14 points. The shoulder mobility test presented the highest number of asymmetries among the athletes. Conclusion: This study provides normative values for the FMS in collegiate athletes, which could assist in evaluation of functional mobility and stability in this population.
