隨著化學治療藥物及手術進步，目前對於三、四期的腸癌患者已有治癒的可能性。但許多癌症患者在接受化療之後，卻因不耐化學治療副作用而被迫中止。因而許多病患會選擇中醫來減輕副作用，其成效已可在許多文獻中發現。但評量依據多屬主觀性問卷及血球量，並無法完整客觀呈現中醫對於化學治療副作用之療效。本案例以經絡能量檢測儀(ARDK)及營養狀況評估(PG-SGA)為主，藉其以客觀角度描述中醫治療化學治療副作用歷程。本案例為一位50歲女性患者，在接受腸癌手術及化學治療後，出現嚴重消化系統副作用之醫案。治療以土培土健運、扶正祛邪為主，故以香砂六君子、藿香正氣散為治療主軸。藉此扶持患者度過化學治療副作用。並藉此病例報告為例，期後續能建立客觀檢測中醫療效之模式。

With the progressing of surgery and chemical medicine, now the patients suffering from Phase III, IV intestinal cancer are possibly healed. Many patients with cancer, however, are enforced to cease accepting treatment by the side effects after chemotherapy. Stopping chemotherapy not only influence the operation of tumor excision surgery but also decrease the effects of chemotherapy which probably makes patients losing the critical moment of cure. Therefore, numerous patients turn to traditional medicine for relieving the level of side effects. The positive outcomes can be found in myriads of books. The majority of measuring evidence, yet, belong to subjective questionnaires and the number of blood cells which cannot comprehensively and objectively show the treatment effect of traditional medicine on the side effects of chemotherapy. In this case, we use an objective ankle to describe the traditional medicine treatment process on the side effects of chemotherapy mainly by Automatic Reflex Detecting System (ARDK) and The Patient-Generated Subjective Global Assessment ( PG-SGA). The case is a 50-year-old female patient suffering from severe side effect on her digestive system posterior to accepting chemotherapy and intestinal cancer surgery. The treatment direction focuses on replenishing qi, strengthening the spleen. Xiang sha liu jun zi tang and huo xiang zheng qi san, therefore, are the principal medication by which we expect to obtain the best curative effect to support the patient getting by the discomfort causing by chemotherapy. We, by this case, also anticipate to establish an objective measurement on the treatment effect of traditional medicine.
