帶下病在婦科中是常見的症狀，這是一種陰道產生不正常分泌物的病症，一般總稱為陰道炎。陰道炎又分為三大類，有百分之五十的陰道炎是來自細菌性陰道炎，百分之二十五來自陰道鞭毛滴蟲，另外百分之二十五來自念珠菌成染。其中主要症狀多會產生惡臭的陰道分泌物，或是伴隨陰道搔癢情形，常會造成病患日常生活中的困擾。本病例探討一名35 歲女姓患者， 症狀出現帶下量多、色白偶黃、質稀、無異味， 伴隨陰癢難耐的症狀， 前往西醫治療後未獲得明顯改善，故來求診中醫。經由判斷認為此病患是因飲食習慣及生活壓力造成此一病症，在辨證部分屬脾失健運，導致脾氣虛弱，聚而為濕，因而出現帶下與相關症狀。因此在治療上採用健脾利濕藥物為主，患者服用近兩個月後，帶下病的狀況便獲得明顯改善，藉此病例報告以提出治療經驗，供臨床上參考和運用。

Vaginitis, also known as vaginal infection, is an inflammation of the vagina and possible vulva. It can result in discharge, itching and pain. There are three main kinds of vaginitis, bacterial vaginosis (BV), trichomonas vaginitis and candidiasis vaginitis. This case is a 35-year-old female patient who had suffered from heavy vaginal discharge for over two weeks. The patient had thick discharge that accompanied with vulva itchy all day long. However, the symptom was not improved after using suppository therapy for two weeks. Thus the patient came to our hospital for further help. Identifying the disease pattern was the deficiency of gastric system. Thus we use the Chinese medicine to adjust the function of patient's gastric system. By doing so, the symptom was much improved in the next two months. Consequently, we demonstrated the experience in this case report for clinical reference and application.
