中風後失語症之中醫藥治療探討

中風是世界上主要的死亡原因。失語症則是中風的主要後遺症之一。失語症康復的黃金時期大約只有半年的時間。因此，中醫藥結合有助於中風後失語症的治療。本文的目的是系統性回顧和探討一些中風後失語症的經典和現代醫學文獻，以供臨床治療參考。我們使用古典文獻數據庫和現代醫學雜誌中的中風失語症進行文獻搜索和根據朝代，口服和外用療法進行分類。同時，我們也回顧了特色處方，例如“活命金丹”和“至寶丹”治療中風後失語症。此外，“解語丹”，“資壽解語湯”和“地黃飲子”也廣泛用於中風後失語症的臨床治療與研究。本文中風後失語症回顧的結果期能裨益未來臨床與研究參考。

Stroke is the leading cause of death in the world. Aphasia is one of the major sequelae of stroke. The golden period of rehabilitation in aphasia is only about half a year. Therefore, the combination of traditional Chinese medicine may play an important role in this issue. The purpose of this article is to systematic review and explore some classical and modern medical literature on aphasia after stroke for clinical application. The literature of stroke aphasia from classical databases and modern medical journals would be searched and categorized by dynasty, oral and external treatment. We also reviewed the featured prescription, such as ＂Huo Ming Jin dan＂ and ＂Zhi Bao dan＂ for further discussion. In addition, ＂Jie yu Dan＂, ＂Zi Shou Jie Yu Tang＂ and ＂Di Huang Yin Zi＂ were also widely used in clinical research of post-stroke aphasia. The TCM literature review in our study will benefit clinical and research in the future.
