本案患者為34歲女姓，主訴發生車禍後被診斷為腦震盪，六個月後，開始出現頭脹痛和眩暈，除了伴隨有專注力、思考能力和語文邏輯能力下降等症狀，甚至出現視力模糊和畏光現象，嚴重時甚至全身無力，憂鬱失眠，需臥床休息而不能工作，後續被診斷為腦震盪症候群。西醫對於此症狀的治療只能症狀支持治療。”清陽不升，腦絡瘀阻”證型的腦震盪後症候群患者，使用益氣聰明湯、桃紅四物湯、川芎、和地龍複方治療，有助於病情如頭痛、語音速度與反應改善。

The patient in this case is a 34-year-old female whose chief complaints were headache and dizziness after a car accident since 17 months ago. In addition to decreased concertration, thinking and language ability, she suffered from blurred vision, photophobia and even felt exhausted and depressed. Afer this, she can not work and even need bed rest; then she was dignosised with post concussion symptoms. Using modern medicine is only a supportive treatment. The patients with post concussion symptoms which belonged to the Chinese patterns of the clear qi unraised and stuck of Barin collaterals were prescribed with Yi-Chi-Tsung-Ming-Tang, Tao-Hung-Ssu-Wu-Tang, Chuan Xiong and Dilong complex. We found it did help to improve headache, speech fluency and reaction.
